RETURN & REFUND POLICY
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A REFUND?
“Changed your mind? We will refund.”
If you have ordered the wrong book, or do not want the book anymore, you can return the item within 30 days of the order at your cost. After 30 days we can not guarantee your return will be accepted.
To return an item please contact email@example.com. You may also use the return function on your Fatbrain account to request a return.
Return items need to be returned in the original condition, undamaged, and include a copy of your invoice. If you no longer have your invoice, please ensure that you include a note in the parcel with your name, address and order number.
We advise all customers to obtain a proof of posting receipt. We recommend you use a registered mail service that includes insurance, as we cannot give you a refund if we do not receive the book, or if it becomes damaged in transit.

HOW DO I RETURN A DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM FOR A REFUND?
If you need to return a damaged or incorrect item please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of the order date. After 30 days we can not guarantee your return will be accepted.
Fatbrain’s customer service team will supply you with a free tracked and insured Collect+ return label.
Please do not return your damaged or incorrect book until you have received a response and a free Collect+ return label from our customer service team.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR MY RETURN ITEM?
Once your return order has arrived at our warehouse we will process a refund same day and send a return confirmation email to inform you that we have received the return item.
The refund will be transferred back onto the same card the item was originally purchased with.
Please note the refund will not appear on the credit/debit card same day and may take up to 5 working days for the funds to become visible on the statement.
