1. We always deal fairly and transparently with all our customers. We’re nothing without you guys.

2. If you don’t like the way we’ve done business, tell us and we’ll do something about it. Without prejudice.

3. We employ the right people to do the right job. Nothing else matters. Fatbrain is an equal opps employer.

4. Everyone who works at Fatbrain – whether it’s in the office, warehouse, or our contractors – gets a fair deal like you do.

5. We’d like to keep selling books on a happy healthy planet. We don’t just re-use and recycle books. We do as little as possible to make a mess and waste energy while we’re at it.

6. We don’t like spending our money with dodgy businesses anymore than you do. So we don’t hire people who won’t buy into this manifesto.
